By accessing or using kiriboard (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The service
kiriboard is a free, personal dashboard that displays calendars and weather. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
Your account and connected services
You are responsible for your account and for the third-party accounts (such as Google) you connect. You must have the right to connect any account you add. You can disconnect connected accounts at any time from within kiriboard.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any law or the terms of a connected third-party service.
Third-party services
kiriboard integrates with third-party services (such as Google Calendar and Open-Meteo). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of Google data within kiriboard is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that calendar, weather, or other data shown is accurate, complete, or up to date. Do not rely on it for time-critical or safety decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, kiriboard and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
